Villa Peru’s Ceviche Festival

The Peruvian Specialty

Peruvian cuisine is most well known for its specialty: ceviche. The dish is world renowned and can be made in a multitude of manners, with various types of fish, spices, sauces, and toppings. Peruvian ceviche is made to order, combining the freshest seasonal catch with a leche de tigre citrus-based marinade of lime and ají peppers

During the festival, our ceviche menu is expanded for the duration of the event. Instead of our usual choice of 8 ceviches, our menu hosts 18 different delicacies for you to enjoy. Sample ceviches with King Crab, Salmon, Corvina, Yuzu, Black Clam, and much more!

Paul B. Says on yelp:

“An unexpected pleasure! Ordered the Ceviche sampler with three choices - Camarones, Cangrejo and Pescado or Crab, Mahi Mahi and Shrimp served medium spicy along with Peruvian vegetables on the side. All three were absolutely delicious. Ceviche was perfectly balanced.”

The ceviche festival occurs every 2 or 3 weeks at Villa Peru, for 3 days.
